Welcome to Global Emotion Pulse. By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not submit any data (*pulse*).

2. Anonymity and Data Privacy

Your privacy is our utmost priority. This platform is designed to operate completely anonymously. We do not ask for your name, email address, or personally identifiable information for your emotion submissions. To track global emotions and prevent spam, we only process your IP address into a one-way encrypted hash (SHA-256). This means our system utilizes a representation of your data without ever being able to trace it back to your real-world personal device.

3. Anti-Spam Policy

To maintain the accuracy of the "Global Emotion Pulse", users are strictly permitted to submit only one emotion (*pulse*) every hour per device. Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing automated bots to manipulate the map visualization. Our system is equipped with automated mitigation defenses; IP addresses that exceed a reasonable limit of consecutive submissions will be temporarily blocked from this service.

4. Geolocation Analysis

In order to map the emotional energy onto the World Map, we passively convert your network connection/IP into a *Country Level* location. Geolocation tracking is performed passively without fetching precise GPS coordinates. We exclusively group data by country of origin.

5. Ephemeral Data Routine

Our commitment is to be a platform for the "Current Pulse". The server systematically resets or deletes emotional accumulations that have surpassed their timeframes, ensuring the visualization always embodies the collective, *real-time* condition of the earth.
